Target Information
FDX1 유전자의 산물은 NADPH로부터 ferredoxin reductase를 통해 최종 cytochrome P450로 전자를 전달하는 작은 철-황 단백질입니다. 이 산화/환원 시스템은 스테로이드 생성 조직에서 발견되며 담즙산 및 비타민 D 합성에 관여합니다. 해당 유전자는 염색체 11q22에 위치하며, 20번과 21번 염색체에는 유사유전자가 존재합니다. 다양한 조직에서 동일한 형태로 발현되며 조직 특이성이 없습니다.
