Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
When using this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The GADD45G gene belongs to a group of genes whose expression increases under stressful growth arrest conditions or DNA damage.
The encoded protein mediates activation of the p38/JNK pathway through MTK1/MEKK4 kinase and is highly expressed in the placenta.
