Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The GADD45G gene belongs to a group of genes whose transcript levels increase following stressful growth arrest conditions or exposure to DNA-damaging agents.
The protein mediates activation of the p38/JNK pathway via MTK1/MEKK4 kinase in response to environmental stress.
GADD45G is highly expressed in the placenta.
