CDK1 (Cell Division Control protein 1)는 세포주기 조절의 핵심 효소로, 유사분열을 개시하기 위해 필요한 M-Phase Promoting Factor 복합체의 촉매 서브유닛입니다.
CDK1 매개 신호는 광역학 치료 후 G2/M기 세포에서 Bcl-2의 인산화를 유도하며, 세포사멸의 지연에 관여합니다.
또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 안드로겐 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료 가능성이 보고되었습니다.
