Target Information
ABL2 (Arg)는 세포 표면 수용체를 세포 증식 및 세포골격 재구성 과정과 연결하는 Abl 관련 비수용체 단백질 티로신 키나아제입니다. ABL2는 Abelson 패밀리의 멤버로, ABL1 단백질과 유사한 티로신 키나아제, SH2, SH3 도메인을 포함하며, C-말단의 F-actin 및 미세소관 결합 서열을 통해 세포골격 재배열에 관여합니다. 정상 및 종양 세포 모두에서 발현되며, 백혈병에서 ETV6 유전자와의 전좌(translocation)에 관여합니다. 다양한 스플라이싱 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
