For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The CIB1 protein belongs to the calcium-binding protein family. Although its specific function has not been fully determined, it is known to interact with DNA-dependent protein kinase and may participate in kinase-phosphatase regulation of DNA end joining. It also interacts with integrin αβ, suggesting a potential role as a regulatory molecule for integrin-mediated signaling.
