Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Myosin is a hexameric ATPase cellular motor protein composed of two heavy chains, two nonphosphorylatable alkali light chains, and two phosphorylatable regulatory light chains.
The MYL6B gene encodes a myosin alkali light chain expressed in both slow-twitch skeletal muscle and nonmuscle tissue.
