Target Information
AXIN1은 세포질 단백질로, RGS 도메인과 DIX 도메인을 포함하며 WNT 신호 경로의 음성 조절자로 작용합니다. 이 단백질은 APC, β-catenin, glycogen synthase kinase 3β와 상호작용하여 β-catenin 안정화를 조절하는 복합체를 형성합니다.
AXIN1 유전자의 돌연변이는 다양한 암종과 관련되어 있으며, 종양 억제 인자로 기능할 수 있습니다.
