Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform desalting again using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The BMP1 gene encodes a protein that can induce cartilage formation in vivo. Unlike other bone morphogenetic proteins of the TGF-beta superfamily, BMP1 is not closely related to known growth factors. It is expressed as alternatively spliced variants sharing an N-terminal protease domain but differing in the C-terminal region.
