Annexin A11은 칼슘 의존성 인지질 결합 단백질인 annexin 계열에 속하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. Annexin은 고유한 N-말단 도메인과 칼슘 의존적 인지질 결합 부위를 포함하는 보존된 C-말단 도메인을 가지고 있습니다. 이 단백질은 다양한 자가면역 질환 환자의 혈청에서 인식되는 56-kDa 항원입니다. 동일한 아이소폼을 암호화하는 전사 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
