Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
GBAS encodes a protein of the NipSnap family involved in vesicular transport and oxidative phosphorylation in mitochondria.
A non-functional copy exists on chromosome 2. Multiple isoforms are generated by alternative splicing.
NIPSNAP2 is associated with disorders such as Phosphoserine Phosphatase Deficiency and Mast Syndrome.
