Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
GBAS encodes a protein belonging to the NipSnap family, involved in vesicular transport and oxidative phosphorylation within mitochondria. A non-functional version of this gene is located on chromosome 2. Multiple isoforms exist due to alternative splicing. NIPSNAP2 is associated with diseases such as Phosphoserine Phosphatase Deficiency and Mast Syndrome.
