Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
- For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
- Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
- Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
- Anti-Invertase antibody is an IgG fraction purified from monospecific antiserum by delipidation, salt fractionation, and ion-exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis.
- Immunoelectrophoresis shows a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, and purified Invertase (Candida species).
- Cross-reactivity with Invertase from other sources is unknown.
Target Information
Invertase influences sucrose utilization and alpha-glucosidase activity and is a probable transcriptional activator.
