Target Information
GRIM-19 (Gene associated with Retinoid-IFN-induced Mortality)는 세포사멸 조절에 관여하는 핵 단백질로, IFN/RA 처리 시 발현이 유도됩니다. GRIM-19의 과발현은 IFN/RA에 의한 세포사멸을 촉진하며, 반대로 GRIM-19의 antisense 발현은 세포사멸 저항성을 증가시킵니다. 이러한 특성으로 GRIM-19는 새로운 세포사멸 조절 인자로 알려져 있습니다.
