Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

TYRP1 유전자는 티로시나제 계열의 멜라노좀 효소를 암호화하며, 멜라닌 생합성 경로에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
이 유전자의 결함은 적갈색 안피부 백색증(rufous oculocutaneous albinism) 및 안피부 백색증 Ⅲ형(oculocutaneous albinism type III)의 원인이 됩니다.
