IL20 수용체 복합체에 결합하여 STAT3 신호전달을 활성화시킬 수 있습니다.
마우스 유사 단백질은 IL6 및 TNF-α 발현을 증가시키고, 세포사멸을 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 염증 반응 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
다양한 전사체 변이체가 보고되어 있으며, 각각 상이한 단백질 아이소폼을 암호화합니다.
