• In Western blot, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant mouse IL-7 or recombinant human TSLP.
• Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS before use.

Target Information

TSLP is a 159-amino-acid, four-helix bundle hemopoietic cytokine that signals through a heterodimeric receptor complex consisting of the TSLP receptor and the IL-7R alpha-chain.
It affects myeloid cells, induces T cell-attracting chemokines from monocytes, and enhances maturation of CD11c(+) dendritic cells, naive CD4(+) and CD8(+) T cells into proallergic effectors.
TSLP primes dendritic cells to produce IL-12 after CD40 ligand stimulation and regulates selection of regulatory T cells and CD4(+) T cell homeostasis.
It induces allergic inflammation by activating mast cells and may contribute to inflammatory arthritis.
Expressed in heart, liver, and prostate.
