Invitrogen™ PRAS40[pT246] Human ProcartaPlex™ Simplex Kit
The ProcartaPlex Human PRAS40[pT246] Simplex Kit measures the level of phosphorylated PRAS40 (phosphorylation site: Thr246) in cell lysates.
It is designed to be combinable with other Simplex kits, allowing you to create custom multiplex panels utilizing Luminex™ xMAP technology for protein detection and quantitation.
When combining multiple Simplex kits (i.e., when not using a pre-configured Multiplex Panel), only one buffer kit (sold separately) is required per assay plate regardless of plex size.
