Invitrogen™ p70S6K Human ProcartaPlex™ Simplex Kit
The ProcartaPlex Human p70S6K beta Simplex Kit measures total p70S6K levels in cell lysates.
This kit is designed for use with Luminex™ xMAP technology and can be combined with other Simplex kits to create custom multiplex panels for protein detection and quantitation.
When combining multiple Simplex kits (i.e., not using a pre-configured Multiplex Panel), only one buffer kit (sold separately) is required per assay plate, regardless of plex size.
