Target Information
Moesin is a member of the talin-4.1 superfamily and acts as a linking protein between the submembranous actin cytoskeleton and plasma membrane. It is expressed in macrophages, lymphocytes, fibroblastic, endothelial, epithelial, and neuronal cell lines, but not in blood cells. Moesin is involved in cell adhesion, migration, and organization of cell surface structures.
