Target Information
CDR2 is one of three cloned genes (CDR1–3) recognized by anti-Yo antibodies. CDR2 suppresses the transcriptional activity and DNA binding of nuclear factor-kappa B by an unknown mechanism. Neuron-specific expression of CDR2 is regulated by a post-transcriptional mechanism.
