Target Information
SH3BP1 단백질은 신호전달 경로의 특정 단백질 SH3 도메인에 선택적으로 결합합니다. 특히 ABL1, SRC, GRB2와 높은 친화성을 보이며, Rac 관련 단백질에 대한 GAP 활성을 나타내고 Rho 또는 Ras 관련 단백질에는 활성이 없습니다. 또한 PDGF 유도 Rac 매개 막 돌출을 억제합니다.
