Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) converts dihydrofolate into tetrahydrofolate and is essential for the synthesis of purines, thymidylic acid, and certain amino acids. The functional DHFR gene is located on chromosome 5, with multiple processed pseudogenes and DHFR-like genes on other chromosomes. DHFR deficiency is associated with megaloblastic anemia.
