Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Biosynthesis of coenzyme A (CoA) from pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) is an essential universal pathway in prokaryotes and eukaryotes.
COASY is a bifunctional enzyme that catalyzes the last two steps in CoA synthesis.
In prokaryotes, these activities are performed by two separate enzymes: phosphopantetheine adenylyltransferase and dephospho-CoA kinase.
