Target Information
Mouse IgG is an immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant immunoglobulin in serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response. Composed of two heavy and two light chains, Mouse IgG participates in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It is widely used in research and diagnostics such as ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, and also in therapeutic applications including immunotherapy and vaccine development.
