Target Information
CDK1 (Cell Division Control protein 1)는 세포 주기 조절에 필수적인 단백질로, 유사분열 개시를 위한 START 단계 완수에 필요합니다. CDK1은 M-Phase Promoting Factor의 촉매 서브유닛으로서, 세포가 유사분열에 진입하도록 유도하며 진핵생물에서 보편적으로 발견됩니다.
G2/M 단계에서 광역학 치료 후 Bcl-2의 인산화는 CDK1 매개 신호를 통해 발생하며, 세포자멸사 개시를 지연시킵니다. 또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 남성호르몬 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료 가능성을 보인 바 있습니다.
