Target Information
MHC Class I (H-2Dk) antibody reacts with the H-2Dk class I alloantigen. It cross-reacts with H-2Kd and with cells from mice with the H-2f haplotype. The antibody does not react with other haplotypes (e.g., a, b, p, q, r, s).
HLA and MHC antibodies play a significant role in Immunopeptidomics, facilitating the identification and characterization of neoantigens through high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry.
