Target Information
LRFN2는 신경 조직에서 높게 발현되는 다섯 개의 막관통 당단백질 패밀리 중 하나입니다.
LRFN 단백질은 leucine-rich repeat (LRR)-immunoglobulin-like (Ig)-fibronectin type III (Fn)-transmembrane 구조를 가지며, Slitrk 단백질군과 유사한 LRR-Ig-Fn 초패밀리에 속합니다.
LRFN1, -3, -4 mRNA는 배아 신경세포에서 발현되었으며, Lrfn2 및 Lrfn5는 성숙한 세포에서 주로 발현됩니다.
LRFN1, -2, -4는 postsynaptic PSD95의 PDZ 도메인에 결합하여 PSD95를 세포 주변부로 재분포시킵니다.
이 단백질군은 척추동물의 발달 및 성숙한 신경계에서 역할을 하는 것으로 제안됩니다.
