Target Information
CD321 (F11R, JAM-1, JAM-A)은 Ig 수퍼패밀리에 속하는 세포 표면 접착 분자로, 32–41 kDa의 당단백질입니다. 두 개의 세포외 Ig-like 도메인, 막관통 영역, 짧은 세포질 꼬리를 가지고 있으며, 막에서 호모다이머 형태로 존재할 수 있습니다. 또한 integrin 등 다른 막 단백질과 측면 결합할 수 있습니다.
CD321은 백혈구, 혈소판, 적혈구, 줄기세포, 상피 및 내피세포 등 다양한 세포 유형에서 발현되며, 세포 간 접촉 매개에 관여합니다. 또한 ZO-1 및 occludin과 같은 상피 타이트 접합 구성요소와 근접하여 존재합니다.
이 단백질은 상피 및 내피 장벽 유지, 조혈, 혈관형성, 종양의 증식·침윤·전이에 관여합니다.
