Target Information

LRRK2는 키나아제 도메인, GTPase 도메인, 그리고 류신-풍부 반복(LRR) 도메인을 포함하는 다중 도메인 단백질입니다. LRRK2 유전자의 돌연변이는 파킨슨병과 관련이 있으며, 이 단백질은 ankyrin 반복, LRR, kinase, DFG-like, RAS, GTPase, MLK-like, WD40 도메인을 포함합니다. 주로 세포질에 존재하지만, 미토콘드리아 외막과도 결합합니다.
