Target Information
Ebola virus는 외피를 가진 음성가닥 RNA 바이러스로, Filoviridae 계통에 속합니다. 형태학적으로는 Marburg virus와 유사하지만 항원적으로는 차이가 있습니다. 비분절 RNA 게놈을 가지며, SDS-PAGE 분석 결과 7개의 구조 단백질이 존재함이 확인되었습니다. 주요 단백질로는 NP (104 K), GP (125 K), L protein (180 K), VP40 (40 K), ViPX (35 K), VP30 (30 K), VP24 (24 K)가 있습니다. 이들 단백질은 모두 단일 전사체에서 유래하며, GP는 표면 스파이크의 주요 성분으로 유일하게 당화된 단백질입니다.
