Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting before use (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
IL-34 is a dimeric protein that signals through the M-CSF receptor (CSF-1R/CD115), shared with M-CSF.
Although IL-34 and M-CSF lack sequence homology, they share structural similarities and overlapping biological functions.
IL-34 promotes myeloid cell survival, proliferation, differentiation, and osteoclast formation.
It is expressed in multiple tissues, with the highest levels observed in the spleen.
