Target Information
Nuclear factor kB p65 (NF-kB p65)는 인간의 RELA 유전자에 의해 암호화되며, 염색체 11번에 위치합니다. NF-kB p65는 RelA로도 알려져 있으며 Rel 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다.
이 단백질은 NF-kB 복합체의 두 서브유닛 중 하나로, p50 또는 p52와 이합체를 형성합니다. TNF-α가 수용체에 결합하면 IKK가 인산화되어 IκB를 분해함으로써 NF-kB의 활성화를 유도합니다. NF-kB p65는 성숙한 B-림프구에서 면역글로불린 κ 유전자의 전사 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
