Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene contains two leucine zipper domains and a putative C-terminal nuclear targeting signal, but lacks hydrophobic regions. It is weakly expressed in resting NK and T cells. The encoded protein modulates activation of ARF genes by CYTH1, interacts with CYTH1 and SNX27, and may sequester CYTH1 in the cytoplasm.
