Target Information
TSLC1은 Ca²⁺ 비의존적 방식으로 세포 간 접착을 매개하며, CADM3 및 PVRL3와의 이종 세포 접착에도 관여합니다. 비소세포성 폐암(NSCLC)에서 종양 억제 인자로 작용하며, CRTAM과의 상호작용을 통해 NK 세포의 세포독성과 IFN-γ 분비를 촉진합니다. 또한 신경세포의 시냅스 형성, 축삭 성장 및 정자 형성 과정에서 다양한 역할을 수행합니다.
