Target Information
IRS-1는 인슐린 수용체의 주요 기질로, 인슐린, IGF-1, IL-4 자극에 의해 세포 내에서 인산화됩니다. IRS-1는 다양한 조직에서 serine, threonine, tyrosine 잔기에서 인산화되며, casein kinase II에 의해 인슐린 자극 시 serine/threonine 인산화가 매개됩니다. Thr 502와 Ser 99는 rat IRS-1에서 주요 인산화 부위로 확인되었으며, IRS-1은 14-3-3 단백질 결합 부위를 세 곳(Ser 270, Ser 374, Ser 641)에 포함합니다. 특히 Ser 270 주변 모티프는 인슐린 수용체와의 상호작용을 담당하는 phosphotyrosine binding domain 내에 위치합니다.
