Atorolimumab은 RHD를 표적으로 하는 바이오시밀러 항체입니다. Rhesus (Rh) 혈액형 시스템은 인간에서 가장 복잡하고 중요한 시스템 중 하나로, RHD와 RHCE 두 개의 유전자(통칭 RH30 또는 RHCED)가 Rh 항원을 암호화합니다.
이 유전자는 인간 염색체 1p34.1–1p36에 위치하며, RHD 유전자는 D 항원을 암호화하는데, 이는 강력한 혈액형 면역원으로 알려져 있습니다. Rh 부적합은 신생아 용혈성 질환(HDN)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
RHCED 항원은 12개의 막관통 나선 구조를 가진 적혈구 막 단백질로, RHAG(RH50)과의 복합체 형성이 항원 활성 발현에 필요합니다.
