Target Information
SERPINB4 is also called squamous cell carcinoma antigen 2 (SCCA-2) or leupin. It directly inhibits human granzyme proteolytic activity, and overexpression of SERPINB4 in HeLa cells inhibits recombinant granzyme-induced as well as NK cell-mediated cell death.
