Product Specific Information
2F1 단클론 항체는 마우스 Killer cell Lectin-like Receptor G1 (KLRG1, MAFA)에 반응합니다. KLRG1은 30–38 kDa의 당화된 소단위체로 구성된 호모다이머이며, ITIM(면역수용체 티로신 기반 억제 모티프)을 포함합니다.
이 항원은 마우스 NK 세포의 약 1/3과 일부 T 세포에서 발현됩니다. MHC class I 분자는 Ly49 억제 수용체 및 SHP-1 신호전달을 통해 KLRG1을 조절합니다.
Flow Cytometry 분석에 적합하며, 마우스 비장세포에서 테스트되었습니다. 권장 농도는 ≤0.25 µg/test입니다.
Excitation: 633–647 nm / Emission: 668 nm (Red Laser 사용).
Target Information
KLRG1(Killer cell lectin-like receptor G1, MAFA, 2F1-Ag)은 lectin-like type 2 막수용체 패밀리의 일원으로, 세포질 도메인에 ITIM을 포함합니다. ITIM은 SHP-1과 같은 단백질 인산화효소의 SH2 도메인과 상호작용합니다.
KLRG1은 NK 세포 및 일부 T 세포에서 발현되는 억제성 수용체로, 종양세포 및 바이러스 감염세포의 용해, 면역반응 조절에 관여합니다.
