Target Information
KLHL25 (ectoderm-neural cortex protein 2, ENC2)는 세포질 단백질로, 여섯 개의 Kelch 영역과 하나의 BTB (POZ) 도메인을 포함합니다.
KLHL25는 ENC1과 높은 상동성을 가지며, Kelch-domain 단백질과 유사한 방식으로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
Kelch-domain 반복 단백질은 종종 액틴 섬유의 조절자로 작용합니다.
ENC1은 배아 발생 초기에 발현되어 신경 돌기 형성을 매개하며, 신경 능선 세포 분화에도 역할을 합니다.
KLHL25는 단백질 유비퀴틴화 복합체의 기질 특이 어댑터로 기능할 가능성이 있습니다.
KLHL25는 대부분의 조직에서 발현되며, 특히 뇌와 간에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
