KLHL25 (ectoderm-neural cortex protein 2, ENC2)는 세포질 단백질로, 여섯 개의 Kelch 영역과 하나의 BTB (POZ) 도메인을 포함합니다.
KLHL25는 ENC1과 높은 상동성을 가지며, Kelch-domain 단백질과 유사한 방식으로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
Kelch-domain 반복 단백질은 종종 액틴 섬유의 조절자로 작용합니다.
