Anti-Human secondary antibodies는 인간 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화 정제 항체로, 타깃의 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용합니다.
2차 항체는 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)을 사용할 수 있는 유연성을 제공하며, 다수의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 민감도 향상이 가능합니다.
대부분의 2차 항체는 타깃 종의 면역글로불린을 면역원으로 사용하여 생성되며, 친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등의 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 정제 및 변형될 수 있습니다.
