Target Information
MRGPRF may bind to a neuropeptide and regulate nociceptor function and/or development, influencing pain sensation or modulation. Expressed in the gut, vas deferens, uterus, and aorta; barely detectable in liver, kidney, lung, and salivary gland. In the brain, highly abundant in the cerebellum.
