Target Information
CCR2 (C-C chemokine receptor type 2)는 단핵구 및 대식세포 이동을 조절하는 케모카인 수용체로, 염증 반응 시 발현이 증가합니다.
CCR2의 다형성은 HIV-1 감염 저항성 또는 AIDS 진행 지연과 연관될 수 있습니다.
CCR2의 리간드는 MCP-1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1)으로, 내피세포, 평활근세포, 대식세포에서 생성됩니다.
MCP-1에 의해 활성화된 단핵구는 죽상동맥경화증, 류마티스 관절염, 폐포염, 종양 침윤 등 염증성 질환의 조직 침윤에 관여합니다.
CCR2는 대체 스플라이싱으로 두 가지 이소폼을 가지며, 혈액, 뇌, 심장, 신장, 간, 폐, 난소, 췌장, 척수, 비장, 흉선, 혈관 등 다양한 조직에서 발현됩니다.
류마티스 관절염 환자의 CD3+ 림프구에서 CCR2 발현 증가가 보고되었습니다.
ESTs는 간/비장 및 전립선 라이브러리에서 분리되었습니다.
