Target Information
Ribosomes are the organelles responsible for protein synthesis, composed of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. These subunits include four RNA species and approximately 80 distinct proteins. The RPL37 gene encodes a ribosomal protein that is part of the 60S subunit and belongs to the L37E family. It is located in the cytoplasm and contains a C2C2-type zinc finger-like motif.
