Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) to ensure carrier-free conditions.
Target Information
SNRPB2 is involved in pre-mRNA splicing and is associated with the snRNP U2 complex.
It binds stem loop IV of U2 snRNA only in the presence of the U2A′ protein.
