Target Information
Synaptophysin은 거의 모든 뉴런의 시냅스 전 소포에 존재하는 칼슘 결합 막당단백질입니다.
4개의 막관통 도메인을 가지며, 높은 칼슘 농도에서 dynamin과 복합체를 형성하여 시냅스 소포 내포작용에 관여합니다.
단기 및 장기 시냅스 가소성 조절에도 관여하며, 신경 말단 및 신경내분비 종양을 구분하는 가장 널리 사용되는 마커입니다.
유전자 변이는 X-연관 지적 장애를 유발할 수 있습니다.
