Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
CD45RB is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase and a CD45 glycoprotein.
CD45 plays a crucial role in lymphocyte development and antigen signaling, acting as a regulator of Src-family kinases. It promotes cell survival by modulating integrin-mediated signal transduction and is involved in DNA fragmentation during apoptosis.
CD45 isoforms differ in their extracellular domains but share identical transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains. Their expression depends on cell type and physiological state.
CD45RB is expressed in microglia and inflammatory cells and is important in immunoreceptor signaling and cell survival pathways.
CD45 is expressed on cells of the human hematopoietic lineage except mature red cells.
