LRRC15 (Leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 15, also known as LIB) is a 581 amino acid protein with 15 LRR repeats, implicated in cell–cell and extracellular matrix interactions. It is frequently overexpressed in several tumor types, particularly breast carcinoma, and has been associated with Alzheimer’s disease pathogenesis.
