Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues: Heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.

The NKX2.2 gene encodes a protein containing a homeobox domain, potentially involved in central nervous system morphogenesis.
Located on chromosome 20 near NKX2-4, it shares duplication with TITF1 and NKX2-8 on chromosome 14.
