This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed, and individual clones are screened for optimal performance.

Target Information
Thrombopoietin (TPO, THPO, MPL ligand, megakaryocyte colony-stimulating factor) is a key regulator in platelet generation. It acts on hematopoietic cells committed to the megakaryocyte lineage. Upon binding to its receptor MPL (CD110), it activates signaling pathways including JAK/STAT, MAPK, and PI3K/AKT, leading to megakaryocyte proliferation and differentiation, ultimately resulting in platelet production (thrombopoiesis).
Thrombopoietin is constitutively produced by the liver and has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa.
